1 | Clear Out Your Closets
Bag up any new or gently-used women’s, men’s, & kids’ clothes, shoes, jackets, jewelry, and accessories. Reference our Brands page for a list of what we’re on the lookout for.
2 | Contact Us
Contact us when you’re ready and we’ll schedule a pick up of your bag(s) and send you our selling agreement. We can do porch pick-up from your home, porch drop-off to STBF, or meet in public.
3 | Receive an Offer
Transparency is important to us! We’ll send you a detailed list of the selected items, the pay out for each item, any notes regarding the item’s value, and a total payout offer. Reference our FAQs page for more details.
4 | Accept or Pass
Accept the offer and you’ll receive money via Venmo, Paypal or check. We’ll take care of donating the leftover items to charity, or we can return them to you.
Pass on the offer and the items will be returned to you.
